If price is the main determining factor, then option "2" is the best, otherwise, I'd go with option "1"...

If you want it to look like crap (sidewalls tucked inward) and be potentially unsafe, then go ahead & put those tires on those wheels. I had 195/70-14's on my stock 4.5-inch wheels back in '85, and they were too wide for the wheels, and they looked kind'a stupid. Soon after that, I got some 14x6" Modular "black nugget" wheels. Drove it like that all through high school, and upgraded to 205/70-14s. Then, in '88, I got some 14x7" "Magnum-500s" and got some 235-60-14s. I ran those for many years until I finally (just a couple months ago) got some 15x7" Magnums with 215/60-15s up front and 235/60-15s out back.

Why am I telling you all this? Because my point is that you should get what you can afford for now, as they are most likely not the last wheels & tires your car's ever gonna have...

ok i really dont wanna sound like an a-hole by shooting down your suggestions but maybe i have bigger rims than 4.5 cause my 195 really dont look like the side walls are sticking out..

Well I thought you said you had the 4.5s. You need to find out for sure, before buying tires.
And the sidewalls would not "stick out", they would tuck inward...

I would establish what width wheel you have on your car currently. Then a decision becomes more educated, which usually means a better decision.

Things get changed over the years. Your car may not have original wheels. I dont know of any way to measure wheel width but to take the tire off.

I don't know without checking, but I seriously doubt that the 4-lug wheels were 14x6"...

ok one last question (i think)... i think for now im just gonna get the same size as on now until later when i swap it to 5-lug. but do you think it would look better 70 series rather than 75? or 75 on back and 70 on front?

You can run 70s with no problem. They are 3/4 of an inch shorter than the 75s.
I'd keep 'em the same size for all 4...

You can measure the wheel width with the tire on. Go to any tire store and they will have a set of calipers to do that with.
