Will a Borg/Warner T5 tranny fit my car?

What I want to know is if it will bolt right up to my 200CID original motor. If not, will it fit with some simple modifications?

I dont know about all the T5's, wether they have different input shafts or bolt patterns. BUt even a Ford T5 will not just bolt right up. You will need to buy an adapter plate, available from any Mustang supply house, fabricate a trans mount cause they are longer, and have your drive shaft shortened.
