His has major rust issues even being down here in the South since new! :hmmm: From the outside it looks solid, but the inside of the doors and the pillars around where the doors bolt to the body both have rust holes. The drivers side floor is totally gone. Don't know why it rusted so bad, it's like it was just built with bad metal or something.

    God, i have been lucky....
lord knows I should have been in far many (knock on wood) lol...

    my short of it...

17, driving moms new leased car a 01' corolla driving down a mtn pass rd and racing a friend of mine on the last day of school. 70 mph on a 35 to all better judgement i hit a bump in the road right before a 75 degree turn that sent me airborn for a second and lost all control....

well, i say all control, but i have to say a guardian angel was with me, because i somehow went around the turn doing 3 figure 8's with a bank on one side and a cliff on the other....

no damage to the car except a lot of tread and flat spots on the tire, that was easily explained away.... that scared me straight...

the other, i hit a deer at 50 mph and did 2,000+ damage to a 90' olds 98 the fat f'er... j/k but it wasn't fun. of course those were with me driving, now my friends always seem to find a car and slam them into my side when i ride with them.... no matter who it seems...

I was only 16 had my license for 2 months. I was driving my jeep grand Cherokee on a back road sliding it around turns like a dumb@$$ and caught traction and put it up a bank and rolling it once and laying on my driver side. My dad came with our van rolled me back over, put the "extra" parts in the back and drove the jeep home then sold it for 500 bucks haha. I've had a few more mishaps since then aka 5 deer in 1 year. But the roll over slowed me down and taught me its not a good idea to slide a jeep around a corner :naughty:

Funny thing about mine was it was 2 weeks after i got my licence. Going around a corner mashed the gas and all hell broke loose. I almost hit a caddy before the car died. My dad almost killed me...........By the way that was a 70 maverick. I wrecked that car 7 times. The first was the only one that was my falt. 4 times the same cop should up and luaghed. He told me i should get rid of the car. He also had one as a kid........The lesson i learned was i should have bobed instead of weaved.

Well my first wreck was about a month ago at night . I pulled up to a stop sign and saw some cars coming down the the road but not to close so I pulled out and then I was trying to figure out why I was sliding sideways . I was hit by a 97 4x4 dodge pick up, I have no idea where it came from. I put a dent in his bumper , cracked the plastic bumper trim thing , broke some tabs off the plastic grill , broke the plastic fender well , put a dent in the fender and took some rubber off the tire. I need a door and fender. The guy that painted my car said he would paint the new fender and door pretty much for the price of paint .
