    CARBON FIBER Grabber Spoilers DONE!!!!

this is a continuing post of this:

    http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=18574&page=3&pp=20&highlight=carbon+fiber

ok hopefully you guys know when i talk about doing something i do it!

well here they are... i have 4 in carbon and 4 in fiberglass!

here are photos.. sorry the images are really bad but its really hard to shoot carbon fiber! these images DO NOT give the right impression of the quality.. hopefully i will have some people see them in person so they can give their opinion ;)

please remember this is not a full carbon fiber or what is called pre-preg if it were they would be like $600 each! it is layed in resin.. hense the rear photo of the tail corners (pic below) .... i just don't want to mis-lead anyone. if youwnt these pre preg i could have them done only if you wanna fork out the dough! :D

i wanted them to work with the stock hardware but that just not going to happen. i only could get metric thread inserts for the tail end and tunk spoiler. you can just use a metric screw like i have in the above photo, however i still would like to find something close to the stock hardware. for now i'm just going to sell them without it and it will be up to you to find the hardware... i will be looking for something to work like the stock ones and if i do find something i will sell it as an extra part of the kit.

below is the trunk piece (sorry cant get a good whole pic of it.. you can't see the fiber)

    here it is in fiberglass

even though these are perfect molds of the stock OE ones and look exactly the same! i still need to test fit these ASAP before i sell them... i want to test them on a real grabber with the holes in the trunk and everything! however i think thats going to be a problem since no one i know has one locally.

anyways if you are still intersted or if you have already let me know via e-mail, i will let you know when to send in the cash. for now be paient.

Hotrodbob is close enough to you if you can talk him into letting you do the fit test. Id let you fit test it on mine, but thats 16 hours of driving for you if you are wanting to do it. im not really interested in them for my grabber but im willing to help out.
