we were slowing down at an intersection without lights to turn left, waiting for a pedestrian to cross, just came back from lunch with drinks in lap and bryant's dog Lucas in the center and we just heard a big boom and got flipped around in the intersection. The car behind us didn't even brake, just rammed into us.

    Ah HELL!!!

At least there is no doubt who is at fault, the pedestrian didn't get hit, and it just might be fixable (though maybe not worth it, after the frame is straightened out).

Being a doctor, have you verified no sore necks, or will you wait til tomorrow to check that out. It always hurts more the next day after the adrenaline has worn off.

Did they verify that the other driver wasn't texting when it occurred? That could lead to serious fines, or maybe jail?

I took a closer look and see gas on the ground coming from the cell. Did one of the rear feed lines rupture? Thank God the gas didn't ignite

Bryant got out and turned off the switch in the back. I'm not sure how the fuel came spilling out. We both got knocked around really good, my clogs came off my feet, my classes were on the floor, got a big old bump on my bald head and crazy headache and neck pain now. But bryant got hit harder, bad thing is he still has to go back to his shop and finish up some work. He had a big indent on the left side of his head from the rollcage.

Damn, sorry to hear about that. But glad you are all OK for the most part. I'd say the car is a loss and wil be a donor for a new straight body to swap parts into. I was glad to get out of california a couple weeks ago with no damage, seems everybody is in a hurry there and will zip their car into any space they can without leaving a safe distance.
