anyone try 05-up stang rims yet?

    Yep, bolt in just fine...
    Only difference is they are about a mile wider.:D


    Edit:
    When swapping to a 9" rear, some folks have needed a conversion type rear joint.
    They make u-joints with one bearing size for the shaft, and another size for the pinion.

    A mile could be bad, but 2-3 inches on each side would be just fine, since I currently run spacers with the late model wheels.(y)

    I have put my 05 Mustang wheels on my 70 Maverick and put the GT wheels on my v-6 Mustang, of course you will need spacers. I have a picture of what they look like on the car.

    05 wheels

    My project maverick, 05 wheels with spaces... Just waiting on the new mounting brackets to install the 12.5 disc.
