Hey Derrick, I will take one of those carbon fiber hoods...if your giving them away lol! JK. Maybe later I can get one, we'll see. I've been on the other boards for awhile. I sold you some kick panels off ebay last year, dont know if you remember or not, but you told me about this site and I just now got around to signing up. I know Im alittle slow lol. But its good to be aboard now!
modmav, thats kinda what i was thinking with the mark 8, maybe go with a vortec blower instead of the roots style??
For me I think the roots style fits more with style I have in mind for the overall theme. I dont know how to explain it but to me it just seems to make the whole engine bay look like a nice tight package. Ive got a little idea book so I can keep track of everything. Next I will have to put pencil to paper and start getting them in 2D. IM planning everything out and making a story board kinda deal so I keep everything on track once I get started with all the fabrication
thats really the only reason i want to go 03 cobra engine, it just looks so clean, maybe upgrade to a kenne bell or a whipple :evilsmile
Well I found several Mavericks last Friday. One is a 71 Grabber all original and the other is 70-72 standard, both are in the same place. An older lady owns them as well as a hundred other cars. I left my number with her brother that owns a garage across the street from her house, so Im waiting to hear from her. If she doesnt call today IM calling her brother. Wish me luck
