    Last night, I got around to ordering my striker plates from CJ Pony Parts because they're location is close to me and they offer free shipping. I'll wait on the latches until I can get my old ones cleaned and see what they look like but at least I know where I can get the now :tiphat:

    A little off topic but since someone already mentioned the door handles and how it matters which brand you buy..... Which brand is the highest quality? Best fit? Best/longest lasting chrome? Where to buy? Is it best to have originals rechromed? Anything else pertinant? Thanks!

    I used 67-8 Mustang handles. You have to be wearing the right color socks and hold your tongue just right to get them to fit in the hole in the door because of the extra (1/4") length of the lever's hinge pin.

    I used 67 or 68 handles on mine. They work ok. Except sometimes when you push the door lock knob down it hangs and you have to play with it to get it unlocked.
