    Sorry I got in here so late...

    early 97 has the non-P, late 97 and up a couple years has the P heads.

    THey fit, headers bolt right up, but getting to the spark plugs on the driver side is impossible without taking the header off each time. Can be a hassle. If I did it again, i would find the non-P heads. Flow almost as good, no plug problems.
