Yes it will but I found away to work around the problem. First you need to get a triangularlation on the sector points then channel energy directly to the main reflector grid. This modification will enhance the suppression by 27 percent or more. Then channel this back through the field tap. The EPA sensor array calibration can now be set to specifications. When the field imbalance subsides take on account they may still be a residual EMF field charge in the internal sensor network so use caution!! The stem capacitor should be set to 30,000 or power fluctuation will occur and you will lose the confinement in the power core. The power flux will be stable now and power will be back to normal and the signal to the anti flow converter will boost the flow stabilizer 18 to 22 percent. This substantial gain in the control processor secondary power surges in the command modular interface circuitry will relay back to the phase collectors ionization field. Configure the field emitters so it will damping the apex practical stream and this will set the sub frequency resonance...but I find that it is easier to flip the fuse around the correct way. Be sure to wear eye protection and steel toe boots when flipping the fuse around...better safe than sorry.

Thanks Jeff!! Once I looked up the word ionization in the dictionary it enabled me to fully understand your explanation. Thanks again!!!

I used a foil chewing gum wrapper. Still working after 35 years. It was in a Falcon though.

why not just use a flux capacitor?

Did the Battery Tray get lost?

Okay, now that we all know how to reverse polarity on the fuse (what a tremendous dissertation) does anyone have the answer to the battery tray fitment. Will Falcon or Mustang pieces work?

Tremendous humor, excellent delineation, and an outstanding precis of a complicated issue.

The 67 Mustang tray will fit if you keep the Maverick brace.

    Battery Apron Repair

Great news that we can use the Mustang battery tray! How about the battery apron (front passenger inner fender)? Will a Mustang apron work for that or does anyone make a Maverick specific repair piece? Thanks for the help.

The answer to that is no, and no. :(
You'll have to either make your own or find a used one or luck up on a nice NOS one which are few and far between. The last one I did, I made myself.

    Gas Tank Seal?

Thanks for the answer. Good to know others who know!

How about a 71 gas tank rubber seal. Will a 71 Mustank seal fit or does anyone make the Maverick one?

I used the 67/68 Mustang inner with the reinforced area for the battery tray mount. A lot of hand fabrication is needed, it is not a direct swap in by any means. As soon as I'm completely done with it, I will be writing a "how to" for Shorthorns.

Battery acid is hell on sheet metal ...

Thank you for the pictures! I think we will just use sheetmetal since there is no exact remake. Ours is not near as bad as either of those to start with.

Here is a picture to go with the above comment, if I can figure out how to work the computer.
