Hey all, I found rear grabber spoiler (I already have it but like having extra parts.) He wants $200. was wondering if that's a fair price..Thanks for your replies.....This is what he said: For sale, Maverick Grabber rear spoiler. The center part has part no. D0DB-6241602-D, and the fender extensions are part nos. D1DB-6228518 and D1DB-6228519. There are no visible cracks or breaks, and all three of these parts have all of the studs still in place with the nuts and appear to be in good shape. All three have numerous light scratches and peeling/flaking paint. The bumper fillers are in poor condition, with one having three of the studs broken out and both having scratches and peeling/flaking paint.

If you already have small bumpers, you don't need the fillers. $200 for a spoiler with no cracks or breaks is in the right ball park, I would think, especially if it's local to you.

There's one on e-Bay that is already at $200 if you take into account shipping costs.

Makes sure you get the 4 attachment fixtures that actually bolt the spoiler to the trunk lid - I can help you out in drilling the holes in your deck as I did in my 70's trunk lid - not hard at all :)

Did you find this spoiler in Hamburg from a guy named Bob? This guy has sheds of Maverick parts

What do the attachment fixtures look like?

They are four U-shaped fixtures or brackets that go up inside the trunk lid. They have two little feet that go on either side of the four holes. They each have one hole in the middle to accept the studs. They act as big washers to hold the spoiler tight in place when the nuts are tightened.

They are pictured in the e-bay auction that I posted above, along with the four gaskets.

I was going to bid on the above green spoiler but I can't pull the trigger on $435 bucks. I'm sure by tonight it will be maybe closer to a $500-$600 sale price. I'm glad you can get that kind of price but I can't see it, just to rich for my blood. I won't complain the next time I see one for $200!!

His contact information might have been lost in my last computer when it crashed but I will see if I can locate his forum user name for you - he has posted here in the past selling parts :)
