Swapping gauges

    Could this be fabricated to work? I like it. If it could change colors to suit my mood and the tach read like an audio meter with bars. And the speedo did that rising sweep that Turbo Zs did in the late 80s. And Chrysler Conquest seats for comfort while looking at them.

    OK, I know I posted my pics in the other gauge thread but I had to do it again ;) BTW the insert at the base of the shifter is stainless steel, the glare is hard to get around with a flash.

    the question is are there any guages out there that look good and dont require a 700.00 dollar price tag? i dont think anyone will dispute that the digital guages that 71 Gold has in his ride are not titts, but its a lillte more than i can spend right now..im at the point that i have the cluster removed because several of the wires broke that plug into the back of the cluster..the bad part is that they broke at the connecter and i cant find another connecter..so im looking to just replace the guages while i have it all apart..any ideas??
